Tash trained on the MFA Theatre Directing at Birkbeck College, University of London, with placements at RADA and Leeds Playhouse. She also trained with the RADA Youth Company and the National Youth Theatre. 

She is a 2019 finalist for the JMK Award with her concept for Arinze Kene's Little Baby Jesus.

She is an Associate of the National Youth Theatre where she course directs.

She was a resident director with the European Theatre Convention 2018.
